Two options to get your items back

Once you realize you have forgotten something, we offer two ways to get your item back.

Option 1: Direct delivery

The first option is for the driver to start the meter and drive directly to your location. You will be informed of an estimated price for the trip, which you can pay for. This is the fastest way to retrieve your items, as the driver will deliver them directly to you.

Option 2: Pickup at our headquarters

If you prefer an alternative solution, the driver can deliver the forgotten item to ViggoHQ, our headquarters located at Nelson Mandelas Allé 12, 2450, Copenhagen, Denmark, as soon as possible. You can then arrange to pick up your item with our support team. This is a good option if you don't need the item immediately or if you're unavailable for direct delivery.
